Monson- Sultana Joint Union Elementary School District
wishes to take advantage of E-Rate funding discounts.
To that end, the district has issued the following RFP's
for the 2012-2013 E-Rate funding year:
Internet Access - Fiber connectivity; multi-year contract. (click here for RFP)
Internet Service Provider (ISP) service for existing ATM/IMA and T1 connectivity. (click here for RFP)

Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections; multi-year contract. (click here for RFP)
The deadline for response to these RFP's
is February 17th, 2012 at 12:00 noon.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any discrepancy or technicality, and to award the contract for goods or services to other than the lowest proposal. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20118.2, the award of contract, if made by the District, will be to the qualified firm whose bid best complies with all the requirements set forth in the proposal documents and whose proposal, in the opinion of the District while complying with all legal requirements, is in the best interest of the District, taking into consideration all aspects of the contractor's response, including the total net cost to the District.
Each proposal must include a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and FCC registration number. Refer to the formal RFP documents and specifications for additional information, terms, and conditions.
The products and services requested under these RFPs are contingent upon Monson-Sultana JUESD receiving a formal E-Rate funding/commitment decision letter (FCDL) from the Universal Service Fund Schools and Libraries Program for each RFP.
For documentation purposes, the district requires that all communication regarding the ERATE process and these RFP's (including subsequent bids) be in writing. Therefore prospective bidders must contact the district's contact listed within each RFP IN WRITING via email or common carrier. No telephone calls, voice mail or text messages will be accepted regarding the RFP or ERATE process. Contact Vicki Worthley, Director of Technology, admin@msschool.org if you have trouble downloading the RFP documents.
