The FUEL mission is to be a state model for the next generation of Expanded Learning Programs.  With a collective 25 years of experience in developing after school programs, FUEL Executive Officers have developed an exemplary academy for the best out of school time by promoting academic achievement, intervention and prevention education, aligning local district academic goals, implementing 21st century learning skills, assessing and meeting community needs to improve the quality of life and help end generational poverty in targeted communities.  FUEL is commited to the collaboration and partnership with students, parents, District Superintendents, district curriculum instruction, district board members, site principals, educators, community stake holders, including City Council, Chamber of Commerce, Law Enforcement , Child and Youth Services and other local prevention education organizations.  FUEL is dedicated to providing opportunities to create quality lifetime experiences to empower and inspire youth and FUEL employees to seek out their full potential.
